• Manage internal project delivery budgets for medium to high complexity projects within local or sub-regional scopes.
• Oversee project financials, ensuring alignment with approved budgets and providing accurate financial forecasts to management.
• Build and maintain relationships with mid to upper-level stakeholders to facilitate project success.
• Lead and coordinate internal and external project teams, typically comprising up to 20 members, fostering collaboration and skill development.
• Exercise independent judgment within established policies to identify solutions for diverse and complex business issues.

• First Level University degree or equivalent educational background.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management or similar roles within relevant industries.
• Deep understanding of operational policies, processes, and methodologies related to project management.
• Strong expertise in project management methods, with ongoing participation in professional communities.
• Currently on the PMP certification path or holding relevant project management certifications.
