WW Sales Enablement – Certification Exam Manager
This role is onsite and primarily works from an HPE office. The position manages certification exam development and delivery across multiple technology portfolios.
Responsibilities- Certification Exam Strategy & Competency Framework – Lead the development of exam competency models and certification blueprints aligned with HPE portfolio strategies and partner requirements.
- Exam Design & Item Development Governance – Govern SME item writing programs, ensure adherence to industry best practices, and oversee item quality and alignment with blueprints.
- Psychometric Analysis & Exam Quality Assurance – Conduct statistical item analysis, evaluate exam reliability, and collaborate with experts to maintain high‑quality, defensible exams.
- Exam Security & Vendor Coordination – Maintain strong exam security standards, manage relationships with certification vendors and testing platforms, and coordinate global delivery.
- Exam Localization & Global Accessibility – Manage translation and localization programs to support global candidates while maintaining integrity and fairness.
- Certification Delivery & Event Execution – Support high‑volume delivery at global events and coordinate readiness, logistics, and vendor support to scale operations.
- First‑level university degree; advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years in certification program management, technical training, or learning assessment development.
- 6+ years managing certification exam development or assessment programs.
- Experience with complex global programs and cross‑functional teams.
- Expertise in certification exam design, competency modeling, and blueprint development.
- Familiarity with psychometric analysis and exam quality assurance methodologies.
- Experience with certification vendors and testing delivery platforms (e.g., Pearson VUE).
- Strong project management and program governance skills.
- Ability to collaborate with globally distributed SMEs and virtual teams.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
