Overview
Growing Provider Management Organization is seeking a Revenue Cycle Practice Supervisor.
Responsibilities- Directly manage team members supporting assigned client accounts.
- Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and performance management to staff.
- Ensure staff adhere to established workflows, productivity standards, and quality expectations.
- Manage employee performance, including coaching, corrective action, and termination decisions when necessary.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and structuring of teams as accounts grow.
- Develop scalable team structures over time, delegating to leads or senior staff as appropriate.
- Lead monthly client meetings to review performance, including financial results, key performance indicators, and operational updates.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for operational communication and issue resolution for clients.
- Leader must be hands on a mentor and able to multi-task and good communicator
- Behavioral Health Experience
- Must live in the Houston Area
- Must have Healthcare Revenue Cycle Supervisory Experience
