Assistant Store Leader- Greater Houston Area

HEB Grocery Stores -  - Responsibilities:
Provide daytime and mid-shift coverage and manage closing coverage;
Direct oversight of auxiliary departmental functions and services including Cash Office, Service Co., Facilities, and Customer Champions;
Lead Partners in hiring, promotion, discipline, and performance management;
Ensure store sanitation and safety, and monitor product freshness and food safety;
Conduct audits for regulatory compliance and standards; ensure facility and equipment maintenance; manage store sundry accounts and supplies; handle customer complaints; collaborate with department managers to meet business needs
