Shift Schedule
Two shifts:
Monday to Friday.
- 1st shift: 5 AM – 3:30 PM
- 2nd shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM

The Rubber Press Operator is responsible for operating compression or transfer molding presses to manufacture high-quality rubber components. This role ensures production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Operate rubber molding presses (compression/transfer/injection) according to SOPs.
- Load raw rubber materials and remove finished molded parts from presses.
- Inspect parts for defects such as flash, voids, or incomplete curing.
- Trim excess material (flash) using hand tools or trimming equipment.
- Monitor press temperature, pressure, and cycle times.
- Perform basic machine adjustments as needed within training limits.
- Follow production schedules and meet hourly output targets.
- Maintain clean and organized work area (5S standards).
- Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
- Report equipment issues, safety hazards, or quality concerns to supervisors.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate production logs, recording output, quality checks, and any machine adjustments made during operations.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve production targets and improve processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing processes is a plus.
- Direct experience operating and troubleshooting rubber molding equipment.
- Previous experience as a Rubber Press Operator or in a similar manufacturing role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing production needs.
- Adhere to ISO 90001.
- Exposure to manufacturing environment preferred.
- Wear protective safety equipment.
- May be exposed to possible shop hazards including heavy machinery, fumes, dust, heat and high pressure and temperatures.
- Stooping, bending, walking and standing for the duration of work shift.
- Comfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
- manual Dexterity.
- Follow all safety guidelines to ensure personal and team safety.
