A leading company specializing in hygienic tubes and fittings is seeking a TIG Welder to perform precision welding and support manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate is a skilled and detail-oriented welder with strong experience in TIG welding and stainless steel fabrication. Working collaboratively, the new hire will produce high-quality welded components by interpreting technical drawings and following precise welding standards while supporting assembly tasks and maintaining safety and quality compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Perform TIG welding on thin‑wall stainless steel (Inox) tubing and components.
  • Assist with assembly, fitting, cutting, and prep work as needed when not actively welding.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work orders to produce high‑quality welds.
  • Collaborate with workshop supervisor and team members to maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, including proper use of PPE such as steel‑toe boots, gloves, glasses, and hearing protection.
  • Participate in skill assessments and training to learn specific processes unique to our facility.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of TIG welding experience in a production or manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with stainless steel (Inox) and precision welding techniques
  • Ability to read and follow technical drawings
  • Completion of a welding test as part of the hiring process
  • Relevant welding certifications such as AWS, ASME, or equivalent preferred
  • Flexible and willing to assist with fitting, cutting, or other workshop tasks as needed
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality welds
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new methods
  • Experience in thin‑wall welding for food, pharmaceutical, or semiconductor applications preferred
  • Previous experience in a team‑based manufacturing environment preferred
  • Certification in welding or trade qualification is a plus, but practical skill and aptitude are essential
