The Manufacturing Production Planner is responsible for managing production scheduling, material planning, and performance tracking in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Ensure on-time delivery, efficient resource utilization, and alignment between customer demand, supplier commitments, and production capacity.

Working Relationship:
The Manufacturing Production Planner reports to Operations Manager/Supply Chain Manager. Does not have any direct reports.
Compensation:
The initial annual compensation will range from $86,800 to $100,000
Years of
Experience:
- Five years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or project controls within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience applying earned value management (EVM) methodologies, including CPI and SPI tracking analysis.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in complex or heavy manufacturing environments (e.g., power generation, aerospace, industrial repair).
- Familiarity with integrated project planning in refurbishment or outage environments.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
Licenses/Certification:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred)
- APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) (preferred)
Software/Equipment Knowledge:
- SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Microsoft Project & or Primavera (P6), Microsoft Excel
Other Considerations:
- Strong analytical, quantitative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and cross functional collaboration
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in planning, scheduling, and supply chain integration
- Data-driven decision-making mindset
Physical Requirements and
Working Conditions:
This position may work remote, travel based on business needs.
Fit for Duty:
All employees will participate in the Fitness for Duty Program. This program includes a post-offer physical examination and drug screening and post-employment random drug screening. There are extensive smoking restrictions in and around the facility.
