Position Title: Assistant Group Lead - Bilingual

Wage: $22.00/hour

Shift: 1st (5:00am - 5:00pm) 6 days/week

Location: Spring, TX

We are seeking a bilingual Assistant Group Lead to support daily manufacturing operations at a fast-paced production environment in Spring, TX. This role works closely with production leadership, planners, and operators to ensure materials, work orders, shipping information, and production schedules are accurate and completed on time.

• Support the Group Lead and Foreman with day-to-day production activities
• Process and verify truck tickets, shipping documents, and production paperwork
• Follow up on production orders and communicate status updates with planners and production teams
• Ensure correct quantities, products, and materials are available for production
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding material movement and inventory needs
• Verify shipments and production work orders for accuracy
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate material shortages
• Assist with inventory tracking and reporting
• Compile and maintain production, shipping, and inventory records
• Help ensure production schedules and customer requirements are met
• Support employee training and daily workflow coordination as needed

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, production, shipping/receiving, inventory control, or related operations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to work effectively with production teams and planners
• Team-player mindset with a strong work ethic
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed

• Shipping and receiving experience
• Inventory control experience
• Production coordination experience
• Manufacturing leadership or lead experience
• Experience tracking materials and production orders

• Strong communicator who can work effectively with both English and Spanish-speaking employees
• High sense of urgency and accountability
• Detail-oriented individual who catches discrepancies before they become problems
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
• Eager to learn, grow, and take on additional responsibilities
• Success in a manufacturing environment
