Our client, a leader in the Large Format Printing industry, is seeking a dedicated and innovative Trade Shows Event Manager to join their team. As a Trade Shows Event Manager, you will be an integral part of the Marketing Department supporting the execution of impactful events, exhibitions, trade shows, partner activations, and experiential campaigns. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, creativity, and a passion for creating memorable brand experiences that enhance visibility, generate leads, and foster business growth.

Trade Shows Event Manager

Spring, TX

• Develop and implement the annual event calendar aligned with marketing and business priorities, including product launches, industry trade shows, and customer experiences.
• Manage all logistics for events, including venue selection, vendor coordination, booth design, production, and on‑site execution.
• Collaborate with creative and product teams to deliver engaging experiential zones, product demonstrations, and workshops that showcase innovation and sustainability.
• Partner with digital marketing teams to amplify event impact through social media, email campaigns, influencer outreach, and public relations initiatives.
• Track and analyze event ROI, attendee satisfaction, and marketing contributions to optimize future event strategies and improve engagement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
• 5–6 years of experience in B2B event management, preferably within technology, printing, or industrial solutions sectors.
• Proven success managing large‑scale trade shows and regional partner events.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
