AboutThe Role
Were hiring a Content & Marketing Coordinator to help grow Jack App across the United States and Canada. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role built for someone who thrives in content production, social media, video creation, and marketing coordination.
Youll work directly with JACKs co-founders and leadership team to produce founder-led content, manage organic social media, execute EDM campaigns, and support brand growth in the U.S. market. This role is ideal for someone who can operate independently, move quickly, and take ownership of output in a fast-growing startup environment.
This is an office-based, face-to-face culture. We move fast, support family-first lifestyles, and want people who are excited to be part of a growing product changing the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities Video Production & Founder Content- Shoot, edit, and publish short-form video content for social media (Reels, clips, organic video)
- Produce and coordinate regular content sessions with JACK leadership
- Build and maintain a U.S. content library with scheduled content prepared in advance
- Adapt and localize Australian-produced content for the U.S. audience
- Deliver consistent weekly video output across Facebook and Instagram
- Manage JACK's U.S. organic social presence alongside the Australian marketing team
- Write captions, hooks, schedule posts, and manage publishing through Meta Business Suite
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments/messages
- Ensure consistent brand voice and publishing cadence across platforms
- Produce raw creative assets and briefs for JACK's external paid ads agency
- Collaborate with leadership on messaging, hooks, positioning, and campaign creative direction
- Act as liaison between internal stakeholders and agency partners
- Own the EDM calendar end-to-end including copywriting, deployment, and reporting
- Build and manage nurture sequences to move leads through the funnel
- Report on campaign performance including open rates, CTRs, and demo conversions
- Platform experience with Mailchimp preferred
- Produce long-form articles and blog content targeting construction industry pain points
- Support SEO and AI citation strategies through comparison pages and review campaigns
- Contribute to industry partnership and event-related marketing initiatives
- Maintain consistent tone and messaging across all U.S.
-facing content
- Use AI tools to improve workflow efficiency across research, content repurposing, SEO drafts, and ideation
- Stay current on emerging AI and automation tools relevant to content and marketing
- Balance AI efficiency with strong brand quality and human creative oversight
- Maintain the U.S. content calendar and workflow management inside
- Track content performance and contribution to demo bookings and pipeline growth
- Support product launches, partnerships, events, and customer review initiatives
- 3+ years experience in content marketing, marketing coordination, communications, or related roles
- Strong video production and editing capability for short-form social content
- Experience managing EDM campaigns and nurture sequences
- Strong copywriting skills across blogs, email, and social media
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve marketing workflow and efficiency
- Self-directed, organized, and capable of managing deadlines independently
- Experience with social scheduling tools, CRMs, and project management platforms
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
- B2B SaaS, construction, trades, or blue-collar industry experience is a strong plus
- Must live in the Houston / North Houston area and be available for in-office collaboration in The Woodlands, TX
- Full-time, W-2
- Base salary: $80,000+ per year (based on experience)
