Job DescriptionThe Global One Search (SEO, AEO, SEM) Program Manager will lead the global “One Search” strategy, integrating SEO, SEM, AI search optimization (AEO), and organic You Tube into a unified approach that drives discoverability, engagement, and pipeline impact across priority markets. This role ensures paid and organic search strategies operate cohesively, strengthening brand authority and measurable business performance.
Key Responsibilities Global Search Strategy & Execution (SEO + SEM)- Develop and execute a unified global search strategy across organic and paid search.
- Lead SEM execution across priority markets, including campaign structure, keyword strategy, bidding optimization, audience targeting, and performance monitoring.
- Drive non-branded keyword growth, Quality Score improvements, CTR and CPC efficiency.
- Ensure alignment between SEO and SEM strategies to maximize coverage, eliminate duplication, and improve overall search visibility.
- Partner with campaign, web, and analytics teams to integrate search into product launches, brand refreshes, and acquisition migrations.
- Own AI search optimization strategy (AEO), ensuring content and campaigns are structured for AI‑driven discovery environments.
- Own global organic You Tube strategy aligned to brand and campaign priorities.
- Optimize metadata, thumbnails, playlists, chapters, end screens, and cross‑linking.
- Improve engagement metrics including CTR, watch time, subscriber growth, and session duration.
- Collaborate with social, brand, and paid media teams to ensure full‑funnel integration.
- Conduct regular content audits and performance optimization cycles.
- Drive readiness for AI‑powered search platforms (Google AI Overviews, generative search engines, conversational AI platforms).
- Ensure structured content, FAQs, and entity optimization improve brand presence in AI‑generated results.
- Monitor trends in generative search and recommend experimentation roadmap.
- Work closely with Integrated Campaigns, Brand, Analytics, Web, and Media teams.
- Provide SEO and SEM guidance during site migrations, acquisitions, and new product launches.
- Align global strategy with GEO‑specific requirements while maintaining governance standards.
- Define and track KPIs including:
- Organic traffic growth
- Non‑branded keyword rankings
- Share of Voice
- AI search visibility
- SEM performance metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rate, cost per lead)
- You Tube engagement metrics
- Deliver executive‑ready reporting connecting search performance
- Lead quarterly business reviews and roadmap presentations with the business groups
- Develop annual experimentation roadmap across SEO, SEM, and You Tube.
- Run structured tests (bidding models, keyword expansion, schema enhancements, AI optimization, video enhancements).
- Scale successful innovations globally.
- Hands‑on knowledge on Bright Edge, GSC, Adobe analytics, Adobe cloud, GDN
- Google Ads word certification;
Bright Edge certification - Hands‑on knowledge on creating ad copies for SEM using tactics to optimize ad efficiencies
- 7+ years of combined experience of SEO & SEM
- B2B experience is a plus

Salary range reflects base salary; variable incentives may also be offered.
