Marketing Specialist II

Our client, an innovative organization in the marketing communications industry, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Marketing Specialist II to join their dynamic team. As a Marketing Specialist II, you will be an integral part of the Marketing Communications department supporting various campaign projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to project management, aligning seamlessly with the organization’s goals and values.

Job Title: Marketing Specialist II

Location: Spring, Texas

Pay Range: 50.51/hr

• Support the development and execution of marketing communications projects aligned with brand strategies.
• Coordinate daily activities related to marketing campaigns, including preparing project inputs and supporting creative and copy development.
• Assist in tracking marketing budgets and gathering performance data to optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Provide support for digital marketing tools and processes, ensuring smooth implementation and management.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure adherence to brand guidelines and digital standards.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing communications or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications.
• Proficiency with marketing campaign workflow management tools such as Aprimo, Figma, , or Slack.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on campaign trafficking and copywriting.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
