Kailee Mills Foundation | Spring, Texas
Full-time, Exempt | $90,000 annually
The Kailee Mills Foundation is seeking an experienced Director of Development to lead our fundraising strategy, grow sustainable revenue, and build meaningful relationships that help us save lives and protect families.
With an annual organizational revenue goal of approximately $1.075 million
, this is a key leadership position responsible for driving development strategy across major gifts, corporate and national partnerships, grants, sponsor ships, campaigns, and fundraising events.
The Director of Development will lead a growing development team and work closely with the Executive Director and Board to strengthen the Foundation’s financial sustainability and expand our impact.

What You’ll Do- Lead and execute the Foundation’s overall fundraising and revenue growth strategy
- Grow and diversify revenue through major gifts, corporate partnerships, grants, sponsor ships, campaigns, and other philanthropic opportunities
- Lead national partnerships and high-level corporate relationships from cultivation through long-term stewardship
- Manage and grow a portfolio of major donors and high-capacity prospects
- Develop new sponsorship, cause-marketing, and strategic partnership opportunities
- Lead fundraising strategy for the Foundation’s signature events, including the Buckle Up Heroes Bowl, Drive to Save Lives Golf Tournament, and Buckle Up Gala
- Supervise, mentor, and develop the Foundation’s development team
- Establish clear fundraising goals, metrics, systems, and accountability
- Partner with the Executive Director and Board on donor cultivation, introductions, stewardship, and fundraising opportunities
- Use donor and fundraising data to evaluate performance, strengthen the pipeline, and guide strategy
- 7+ years of nonprofit fundraising, development, or partnership experience
- Proven success securing major gifts, corporate sponsor ships, and strategic partnerships
- Demonstrated experience leading and supervising development staff
- Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Experience with donor databases, fundraising analytics, and revenue tracking
- Ability and willingness to attend Foundation events, including occasional evenings, weekends, and travel
- Genuine commitment to the mission and values of the Kailee Mills Foundation

Compensation & BenefitsSalary: $90,000 annually
Compensation for this position is set within an established salary structure and is not negotiable.
