Regency Integrated Health Services is seeking a full-time Treatment Nurse at The Woodlands Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Spring, TX. In this role, you will provide essential care to prevent and promote healing for residents, monitor and assess skin integrity, and communicate with staff regarding patient care.
The ideal candidate must hold an active RN/LVN license in Texas, have attended an accredited nursing program, and preferably have wound care certification. Previous skilled nursing experience is desired.
