Overview

Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN with IV experience is needed. Our local office is looking for a team of compassionate nurses to provide care for a very special client/patient.

  Infant
• Acuity:
  Feeding Tube & Medication Administration & IV

• Provide home healthcare for a pediatric client in the patient’s home, following the prescribed care plan
• Administer IV therapy, medications, and manage feeding tube care as required
• Document care using the company’s electronic documentation system

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state where practice occurs
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (hands-on component); assistance to obtain after hire if necessary
• TB skin test current within the last 12 months
• Not currently accepting new graduate nurses; 6 months hands-on experience required
• Reliable transportation
