LVN, LPN​/LVN, Healthcare Nursing

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team in Spring, TX. The LVN will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, assist with medical procedures, and support the healthcare team in delivering excellent patient outcomes.

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
• Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Assist with patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive care.

• Current and valid LVN license in the state of Texas.
• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited LVN program.
• Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.

This position is based in Spring, TX, and involves working in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The LVN will interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals regularly and must be able to handle stressful situations with professionalism and empathy.
