Job Title

- Regression Automation
- Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities across projects.
- Perform hands‑on manual and automation testing as required.
- Coordinate with Product Owners (PO), Business Analysts (BA) and stakeholders to understand requirements and test expectations.
- Drive and mentor the offshore QA team, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts as per client requirements.
- Work with Git Hub for source control and configure Git Hub Actions for automation execution.
- Review test plans, test cases, automation scripts, and execution results.
- Identify risks, issues, and gaps early and proactively suggest solutions.
- Ensure QA best practices, standards and processes are followed.
Minimum 5+ years of experience
