Assistant Property Manager

Location: Spring, TX

We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated Assistant Property Manager with strong sales and leadership skills to provide management support for a multi‑family apartment community and deliver excellent customer service.

• Establish rapport with residents and provide personalized service
• Negotiate and enforce leases
• Meet all deadlines set by the management company and regional managers
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
• Maintain property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing occupancy rules, inspecting vacant units, and coordinating repairs with maintenance
• Attract tenants by advertising vacancies, obtaining referrals, explaining advantages of location and services, and showing units
• Assist leasing agents by providing clear instructions to meet daily goals

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
• Minimum of two years experience as a leasing consultant or assistant manager
• Working knowledge of property management software such as One Site
