Role Description
The Lease up Leasing Professional promotes resident retention by delivering responsive customer service, resolving concerns promptly, and helping organize resident-focused initiatives. This position collaborates closely with the onsite management team to meet leasing goals, maintain a high standard of presentation throughout the property, and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and resident retention skills, with a focus on building positive, long-term resident relationships.
- Experience with leases and lease administration, including accurately preparing, reviewing, and maintaining leasing documents and files.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to present community features, explain policies, and interact professionally with residents, prospects, and team members.
- Knowledge of apartment leasing practices, fair housing guidelines, and basic property management operations.
- Proficiency with office software and property management systems; ability to manage data and maintain organized records.
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced lease-up environment.
- Previous multifamily leasing or hospitality experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required, post-secondary education in business or real estate is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Spring, TX, including weekends or evenings as needed to support lease-up activity.
