** What You'll Do as an Apartment Leasing Consultant:
** We're looking for an experienced and energetic Leasing Agent who is self-motivated, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. In this role, you will:
* Stand, greet, qualify, and close prospects with professionalism and enthusiasm
* Lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong leasing performance
* Verify applications, process leasing paperwork, and ensure accurate documentation
* Provide exceptional customer services to residents and prospects
* Generate new traffic through outreach efforts and community engagement
* Host resident functions and contribute to maintaining positive resident relations
* Create and maintain the property's social media presence to drive traffic and engagement
* Support the Property Manager and/or Leasing Manger with daily operational tasks
* Represent the community with a friendly and professional demeanor
** What We're Looking For in the Apartment Leasing Consultant:
** To be successful in this role, you MUST have:
* ** Minimum 1+ Year(s) previous experience leasing conventional apartments (REQUIRED)
*** Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close
* Excellent customer service and communication abilities
* A positive attitude, flexibility, and a polished and professional appearance
* Flexible schedule –
** weekends REQUIRED
*** Social media or marketing content creation experience strongly preferred
* Stable work history
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
* ** Important:
** Candidates must live within a
** 20-mile radius of the property
** or be willing to relocate.
