** What You'll Do as an Apartment Leasing Manager:
** We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Manager who can oversee leasing operations while supporting the daily functions of the community. In this role, you will:
* Lease apartments to maintain strong occupancy and contribute to revenue goals
* Manage rent collection, posting of rent, and issuance of late notices
* Assist with accepting move out notices, service requests, and resident transfer requests
* Support managerial duties and help ensure smooth daily operations
* Maintain confidentiality of all resident information and documentation
* Prepare reports, administrative paperwork, and required leasing documentation
* Assist in maintaining an active social media presence to increase visibility and generate traffic
* Support, coach, and help develop the Leasing Agent to strengthen leasing performance
* Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective renters
* Work collaboratively with the Property Manager and onsite team to support community success
** What We're Looking For in the Apartment Leasing Manager:**
* ** Minimum 2 Years previous experience as an Assistant Manager in the apartment industry with strong leasing experience (REQUIRED)
*** Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close
* Excellent customer service and communication abilities
* Professional demeanor, appearance, and work ethic
* Flexible schedule –
** some weekends are REQUIRED
*** Social media or marketing content creation experience strongly preferred
* Stable work history
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
* ** Important:
** Candidates must live within a
** 20-mile radius of the property
** or be willing to relocate.
