This role plays a vital part in our success by maintaining high community standards and creating a vibrant, welcoming neighborhood atmosphere.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, conduct engaging property tours, and highlight community features to close sales effectively.
• Process lease applications quickly, verify credentials and negotiates lease.
• Manage day to day tenant relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and fostering a strong sense of community.
• Execute marketing strategies, promote available units, and participate in local outreach to generate steady foot traffic.
• Utilize Entrata software to track leads, manage guest cards, and update accurate resident records daily.
• Ensure strict compliance with all Fair Housing Regulations across every customer interaction and leasing transaction.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Process to high school diploma or equivalent
• Holds college coursework or a degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Experience

• Brings at least two years of proven experience in apartment leasing.
• Demonstrates successful experience working in a Class A property or fast paced lease up environments.

Knowledge/Skills

• Applies expert knowledge of Fair Housing Regulations to daily leasing operations.
• Operates property software with confidence and accuracy.
• Displays exceptional customer service, sales, and negotiations abilities.
• Communicates clearly and persuasively with prospective and current tenants.
• Executes creative marketing strategies to attract new residents.

Preferred Qualifications

• Shows familiarity with local market trends and competitor properties.
• Holds a valid leasing or real estate license where applicable.

Physical Requirements/Work Conditions

• Stands and walks for extended periods during property tours.
• Lifts promotional materials and office supplies weighing up to 20 pounds.
• Works flexible schedule, including weekends to meet community leasing needs.

• High School Diploma or GED. Some high school preferred.
• Minimum 2-years experience in apartment leasing required.
• Strong attention to detail and sales ability a must.
• Demonstrated ability to be persistent and control a tour.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and decision making ability.
