Overview
We re looking for a Postdoctoral Research Associate to join our interdisciplinary research team in Spring, Texas and help advance our understanding of the complex connections between water, soil, plants, wildlife, and ecosystem resilience. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent Ph.D. graduate in Hydrology, Hydrogeology, Ecohydrology, Environmental Science, Rangeland Ecology, or a related field to lead and contribute to applied research focused on water management, biodiversity, hydrologic function, and ecosystem sustainability.
The role combines field science, modeling, geospatial analytics, data integration, and collaboration with leading industry and academic researchers.
- Conduct field- and modeling-based research related to water management, biodiversity, hydrologic function, and ecosystem sustainability.
- Utilize geospatial analytics and GIS tools, including remote sensing and spatial data integration.
- Collaborate with leading industry and academic researchers to advance scientific understanding and real-world environmental decision-making.
- Recent Ph.D. in Hydrology, Hydrogeology, Ecohydrology, Environmental Science, Rangeland Ecology, or a related field.
- Experience in field science, hydrologic modeling, geospatial analytics, and data integration is preferred.
