Successful candidates will have previous experience in a Chef de Partie position and a willingness to go above and beyond with an eagerness to grow personally and professionally.

• Demonstrated experience in a fine dining or luxury hotel environment.

• Full-time availability. Willing and able to work rotating roster that includes weekends and public holidays.
