Truluck's is a fine dining restaurant known for Southern hospitality, award‑winning cocktails, and sustainable seafood. We are looking for an experienced fine dining bartender to join our Woodlands team.

Fine Dining Bartender

• Display Southern hospitality and connect with guests, fostering loyalty.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and bar surface.
• Work collaboratively with the team at all times.
• Execute Truluck’s performance standards and points of difference.
• Abide by all liquor service laws and maintain current state alcohol certification.
• Check proper identification for guests under 25 and serve responsibly.
• Set up the bar, run side work, and complete closing duties as assigned.
• Serve guests following trained service steps and scripts.
• Maintain product knowledge through weekly education.
• Pass all product and service tests with a score of 90% or higher.
• Prepare beverages consistently according to recipes and garnish properly.
• Participate in bar cleanup and maintain sanitation in line with health codes.
• Operate the POS system and handle cash and tips in accordance with company policy.
• Perform other related duties as directed by the leadership team.

• Minimum five (5) years of hospitality experience.
• Track record of professionalism, accountability, and teamwork.
• Flexibility and openness to new ideas.
• Integrity, discipline, and strong work ethic.
• Physical ability to stand for 9 hours and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Comfortable wearing a uniform and appropriate footwear.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proficient with POS systems and cash handling.

55,000‑100,000 USD per year (hourly rate plus tips).
