• Greeting guests with a warm and inviting attitude.
• Taking accurate food and drink orders and communicating them to the kitchen staff.
• Delivering orders promptly while ensuring quality and presentation.
• Answering questions about the menu and making recommendations.
• Handling guest requests and resolving any concerns with professionalism.
• Maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
• Processing payments and balancing receipts accurately.

• At least 1 year of experience as a server or in a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A team-oriented mindset and a positive attitude.
• The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• A professional demeanor and a genuine passion for hospitality.
