Growth Track Team Member — Chick-fil-A | Spring, TX

$15–$17/hr | Full-Time | No Experience Necessary

You'll start on the floor as a full‑time team member — working alongside your peers, serving guests, and learning our operation firsthand.

Over time, you'll be exposed to behind‑the‑scenes processes that most team members never see. There's no fast track here, and no title waiting for you on day one. What is waiting is a real opportunity to grow with people who are committed to developing you.

• Open Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
• Close Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• Friday and Saturday availability is required
• We are closed on Sundays

• Serve guests and support your team in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
• Learn and execute Chick‑fil‑A's service and food quality standards
• Assist in training new team members as you grow in your role
• Shadow shift leads and operators to observe how a shift is planned and managed
• Learn foundational operational processes such as rush preparation, shift transitions, and opening/closing procedures
• Take on increasing responsibility over time based on performance and initiative

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Full‑time availability including Fridays and Saturdays
• A coachable attitude and genuine desire to learn
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
• No prior restaurant or leadership experience required — just the right character
