• Previous experience behind the bar in a high‑energy restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting.

• Greet Players with energy and personality—create a welcoming bar experience, recommend drinks, upsell cocktails, shareable bites, and game upgrades.
• Mix a variety of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages to perfection while keeping the bar area neat, stocked, and ready to roll.
• Collaborate with other play makers to deliver top‑notch service, ensuring every Player feels like a VIP, the Topgolf Way.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards, keeping the bar clean, safe, and compliant.
• Live the Topgolf core values—Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring—in everything you do.

• Lift and move items up to 50 lb.; comfortable lifting, bending, stooping, and carrying.
• Be on your feet most of the day and enjoy walking during shifts.
• Maintain a can‑do attitude through various physical tasks.
• Endure long shifts and high‑volume environments.
• Meet legal serving age and retain any necessary responsible beverage service certifications.
