• No prior experience required – on‑the‑job training provided.
• Must meet minimum age requirement (18) per local laws. High School Diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Preferred (not required): previous hospitality or customer service experience; must be willing to obtain food handler’s & alcohol certification within 14 days of hire.
• Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment.
