Job Overview

Retail Display Installer – Technology. Travel up to 90 miles from home (average). Works Monday–Friday; weekends not required. Pay is $16.50 per hour and includes next‑day pay on demand with Daily Pay, paid drive time and mileage reimbursement, and paid training. Must maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to field services management communications (usually within 24 hours).
  • Keep availability updated accurately.
  • Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
  • Install, build, and service displays, end caps, and fixtures.
  • Complete required forms, images, and surveys before leaving a job site.
  • Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests.
  • Conduct break‑fix repairs to restore display functionality.
  • Participate in early‑morning installations and in teams of two or more.
  • Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
  • Assist other team members and contribute to team success.
  • Adhere to timecard submission timelines and report anomalies daily with corrections.
  • Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Participate in and complete training and certification programs.
  • Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
  • Be available for weekend assignments as needed.
  • Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Follow all directives; execute fully and completely.
  • Collaborate with the shared services team to ensure goals, identify improvement opportunities, and drive solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with team members, clients, retailers, and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, effective communication, and strong leadership abilities.
  • Ensure customer and client satisfaction meets or exceeds shared‑service field KPIs.
  • Provide and receive constructive feedback.
Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
  • Flexible availability Monday‑Friday; weekends, holidays, early mornings, and late nights as needed.
  • Must maintain at least 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
  • Physical: climb ladder up to 10 feet; lift and carry up to 60 lbs; kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, grasp, and reach overhead.
  • Adaptable to varied tasks and work environments.
  • Effective communication skills via phone, text, and email; quickly respond to management (within 24 hours).
  • High‑school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail or merchandising experience preferred.
  • Installation and merchandising experience preferred; proficiency with hand and power tools.
  • Ability to follow planogram directives and secondary communication.
  • Must own an Android or Apple mobile device to upload photos and data; navigate communication platforms independently.
  • Complete all training assignments within the designated timeframe; work collaboratively and autonomously.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance; willing to travel up to 90 miles per assignment.
  • Strong leadership skills, professional communication and presentation, sound judgment, problem‑solving, and excellent time‑management.
