• Drive in-store sales: confidently promote featured items, offer cross-sell suggestions, and ensure customers leave with solutions—not just products.
• Follow up with intention: check in with customers post-purchase and use follow-through to turn one-time buyers into repeat business.
• Support seamless service: offer carry-out assistance, coordinate deliveries, and step in to solve problems with professionalism and urgency.
• Maintain a clean and organized store: invite customers to browse, with well-stocked shelves, clear displays, and a polished presentation.
• Collaborate with a high-energy team: share product knowledge, support teammates, and participate in ongoing training to grow your impact.

• Physical Stamina: Stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs. regularly, and use computers/registers comfortably.
• Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior retail, sales, or food service experience is a plus—but we’ll train the right person.
