As the WW ARM Retail Experience Lead, you will be responsible for driving innovation and delivering solutions that enhance customer experience in key retailers worldwide, partnering with HP ARM teams to drive sell-out of our new HP AI PCs featuring ARM processors.
Key Responsibilities- Sellout management – lead and manage store-level sellout targets and processes for key HP ARM SKUs, for both internal HP and external (retail) partners.
- Includes setting methodology for target setting, managing process for tracking performance, and aligning with markets on remedial measures as needed.
- ESF / Promoter management – support local teams to manage the deployment of 3rdparty in-store promoter teams, to achieve sell-out targets to key retailers.
- Retail displays / POP – partner with Marketing to develop in-store merchandising strategy and guidelines, and with local teams to execute in store assets.
- Retail associate engagement & training – support local teams to ensure execution of critical items such as training platform, content management, incentives and sales enablement engagement tools.
- In addition to WW responsibilities, will coordinate with EMEA Retail Manager, as well as both Worldwide and Market-level Category, Marketing, Channel / Trade, and Sales teams.
Education:
University degree preferred but not mandatory.
Experience:
8-10 years managing retail activations such as displays, training, field force management in the IT or Consumer Electronics space, including but not limited to:
- Operating sellout management programs and performance metrics
- Overseeing execution of retail activations as per above
- Retail display design and guidelines for point of purchase materials
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Executive-level presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Working with global and local teams
- Knowledge of retail environment and consumer electronics market outside US
- Consumer electronics experience

The base pay range for this role is $122,000 - $180,000 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
