Average all-in pay range with bonuses and spiffs: $19 to $23 per hour.

Who is this for? All new hires for Mobile Associate and Retail Assistant Manager positions (excluding promotions).

As a Retail Sales Representative, you are the face of our company and the most important position when it comes to generating sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

We are looking for bold, energetic, passionate people as you are the first line of contact for our customers every day. You should have a positive attitude, engagement to drive sales, and a desire to have your income reflect the work you put in.
