Freight Manager

Store - HSTN-SPRING, TX

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance, execution of Company policies, and accountability for store conditions and results.
• Manage and support truck processes and lead teams to ensure standards are met, achieve KPIs, and help the team reach their KPI goals.
• Execute and support the planogram process (POGs) to standard.
• Execute and support the AD set processes.
• Execute shrink and safety programs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Maintain seasonal sets and feature space to meet visual merchandising standards.
• Interview, on-board, coach, observe, and train new team members; support talent development activities and participate in performance management activities.
• Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner, promoting the organization’s vision and values.
• Assist customers by acknowledging them, locating products, and providing solutions.
• Assist with Omni‑channel processes.
• Cross‑train in Custom Framing selling and production.

• Retail merchandising and customer service experience preferred.

• Ability to remain standing for long periods of time.
• Ability to move throughout the store.
• Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
• Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
• Ability to receive reasonable accommodation through an interactive process with supervisor.

• Public retail store setting with climate‑controlled customer areas; some stock rooms may not be climate controlled.
• Occasional outdoor work retrieving carts or unloading trucks.
• Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press.
• Work hours may include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
