As a full‑time retail store manager, you will lead a high‑performance team of 8–20 individuals, including 3–4 members of management, to create an unforgettable customer experience.

• Inspire and direct a team focused on customer obsession and achieving sales, loyalty, and talent goals.
• Lead talent selection, associate development, onboarding, training, and retention.
• Manage the omni‑channel business through visual presentation, sound operational practices, and store expense control.
