The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the spa, ensuring exceptional customer service, and promoting our range of spa services and retail products. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for wellness, and the ability to effectively upsell services and products to enhance the overall guest experience.

• Greet and assist clients upon arrival, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Schedule appointments efficiently while managing the spa's calendar.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services.
• Supervise spa staff to ensure high standards of service are maintained.
• Conduct product demos and educate clients on retail offerings to drive sales.
• Manage inventory levels, including stocking supplies and retail products as needed.
• Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales trends and assist in maintaining optimal stock levels.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
• Promote upselling opportunities during client interactions to maximize revenue.

• Previous experience in a customer service or retail sales role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with clients effectively.
• Knowledge of spa services, wellness trends, and retail sales techniques is a plus.
• Ability to supervise staff and ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Proficiency in retail math for inventory management and sales analysis.
• A passion for the beauty and wellness industry is highly desirable.
