Mattel Retail Team Associate role in Spring, TX 77304. This seasonal position supports Mattel's presence at major retailers, with a minimum of 15 hours per week during the holiday rush. You will merchandise, unpack cases, and help with store fixtures and events to bring Mattel brands to life on the floor.
Flexibility, reliability and a customer-focused mindset are key, with tech use for time-entry and communications. Prior retail or merchandising experience is helpful but not required.
