Pet Smart's Retail Operations Lead is responsible for driving operational excellence in our stores, including merchandising, inventory management, and pet care operations. You will open/close the store, oversee associates, and maintain a safe, organized environment while delivering a great experience for pet parents.
The role requires 2+ years of retail supervisory experience, full-time availability including evenings and weekends, and proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications.
