Business Development Representative

Our client located in the North Houston area is looking for a Business Development Representative to join their growing team!

• Build and manage a lead generation pipeline in partnership with the sales team
• Research and qualify prospects; score leads based on sales readiness
• Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and social media
• Engage decision-makers and nurture leads through the sales funnel
• Manage transactional deals and support enterprise opportunities
• Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities
• Develop strategies to acquire new clients and grow market presence
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, and technology teams
• Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership

• Bachelors degree in business, sales, or a related field preferred
• Previous sales experience within the 3PL or logistics industry preferred
• Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations and 3PL service offerings
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Strategic mindset with the ability to drive innovation and adapt to change
• Experience using CRM systems and sales analytics tools
• Willingness to travel as needed
