We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Project Consultant (Sales) to join our team and lead our expansion in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will be the face of New Gen Patio, guiding homeowners through the transformative journey of designing and investing in their dream outdoor living spaces.

• Drive regional growth by consulting with high-end clients, deeply understanding their vision, and presenting custom, vanguard outdoor living solutions.
• Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships, ensuring a premium, educational, and personalized customer experience from the very first consultation.
• Leverage your exceptional people skills to educate clients on the value of our premium materials, successfully close deals, and exceed sales targets.

• Fully bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) to connect with a broader client base.
• Excellent interpersonal and people skills, with a natural ability to build rapport, listen actively, and communicate value.
• Proven sales experience (prior experience in the construction or home improvement sector is a strong plus).
