• Sell residential and commercial roofing projects (insurance and retail)
• Build, train, and lead a high‑performing sales team
• Pursue large‑scale and multifamily opportunities
• Work company‑provided leads along with self‑generated business
• Collaborate with production to ensure projects are sold and executed at a high level

• Proven track record in roofing sales
• Xactimate experience
• Experience building or managing a sales team
• Strong closing skills with high‑ticket projects
• Competitive, self‑driven, and financially motivated
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
