You'll work directly with commercial property owners, property managers, facility managers, HOAs, retail centers, industrial facilities, and commercial real estate professionals, helping them improve, maintain, and protect their properties through professional exterior maintenance and improvement solutions.

• Prospect and connect with commercial property owners, property managers, facility managers, HOAs, and business decision-makers within assigned territories
• Generate new business opportunities through face-to-face interactions, networking, business development efforts, and relationship-building
• Conduct consultations to identify customer needs and recommend service solutions
• Develop relationships that lead to both one-time project opportunities and recurring monthly service agreements
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing

You'll be representing professional commercial property maintenance and improvement services, including:

• Parking lot striping
• Seal coating and asphalt maintenance
• Asphalt repair
• ADA-compliant pavement solutions
• Pressure washing services
• Signage installation and replacement
• Concrete repairs
• Curb painting
• Commercial property enhancement services
• Exterior maintenance and improvement solutions
• Recurring monthly property maintenance programs

Top performers can earn $80,000 – $100,000+ annually through uncapped commissions, bonuses, and incentives.
