We are seeking an experienced, motivated Insurance Sales Representative who consistently produces at a high level and values strong client relationships. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, goal-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will focus on generating new business, maintaining a strong book of business, and delivering solutions that meet customers’ needs while working alongside a team that operates at a high level, stays consistent, and crushes goals together.
- Base salary: $18.75 - $25.00 Per Hour
- Commission is based on a percentage of the premium that is sold. Must sell at least $50k in premium to unlock 5% boost

- Prospect for new business from the provided insurance leads.
- Prepare, quote, and close all prospective leads.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals.
- Service existing policies and maintain regular contact with customers to build retention.
- Collaborate with a team of sales professionals.
- Previous sales experience (3 years).
- Must have your Property & Casualty License.
- Self‑motivated, organized, and a fast learner.
- Goal-oriented and reliable.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment and stay organized.
