Part-Time Marketing & Advertising Sales Manager

We're looking for an energetic, results-driven Part-Time Marketing & Advertising Sales Manager to help grow our magazine by securing advertising partnerships with businesses throughout Greater Houston
.

Our magazine is a trusted city guide that connects residents and visitors with the best local dining, shopping, entertainment, events, services, and attractions. We offer businesses a valuable opportunity to reach an engaged audience through both our print and digital platforms.

• Identify and prospect local and regional businesses that would benefit from advertising in the magazine.
• Build relationships with business owners, marketing managers, and community leaders.
• Present customized print and digital advertising opportunities.
• Negotiate and close advertising and sponsorship agreements.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and follow up with prospective clients.
• Collaborate to create effective advertising packages and promotional partnerships.

• Experience in advertising sales, media sales, marketing, or B2B business development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Comfortable networking, making outbound calls, sending emails, and using Linked In or other tools to generate leads.
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals is preferred.

• Part-time with flexible hours.
• Commission-based or base salary plus commission, depending on experience.
• Excellent earning potential through new business development and recurring advertising accounts.
