Title: Full‑Time Retail Sales Associate – NECOA by Coway
Location: The Woodlands Mall, The Woodlands, TX 77380
Job Type: Regular – Full Time

• Demonstrate NECOA water purification products to customers in the branded retail store.
• Engage customers, build rapport, and create a memorable buying experience.
• Maintain professional relationships with store management and staff.
• Keep displays clean, functional, and demo‑ready at all times.
• Report sales, provide competitive insights, and track activity to Retail Operations.
• Document and report sales accurately and submit all required paperwork.
• Ensure the workstation/kiosk is clean, organized, and presentable.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of prior sales, retail, or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of products and services relevant to a retail environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Capability to maintain customer confidentiality.

• $18–$20 per hour base pay, paid weekly.
• Monthly sales bonuses.
• Daily Pay next‑day pay availability.
• Work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with additional availability.
• Paid training completed online.
