We're looking for a driven, personable Sales Representative to join our growing team and help clients find their perfect Genesis vehicle.

About the Role

As a Sales Representative, you'll be the face of our dealership — guiding customers through every step of the car‑buying journey, from initial inquiry to delivery day. This is a great opportunity for a motivated, relationship‑focused professional who wants to sell a premium product backed by a brand on the rise.

What You'll Do
  • Greet and engage customers in the showroom, online, and over the phone
  • Understand customer needs and match them with the right Genesis model and trim
  • Conduct test drives and present vehicle features, technology, and financing options
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through follow‑up and referrals
  • Negotiate pricing and finalize sales in a transparent, customer‑first manner
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across the full Genesis lineup
  • Collaborate with the finance and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
What We're Looking For
  • Prior sales experience preferred (automotive sales a plus, but not required)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • A polished, professional presence suited to a luxury brand
  • Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and results‑driven mindset
  • Comfortable with CRM software and basic digital sales tools
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work weekends and some evenings
