We're looking for a driven, personable Sales Representative to join our growing team and help clients find their perfect Genesis vehicle.
About the RoleAs a Sales Representative, you'll be the face of our dealership — guiding customers through every step of the car‑buying journey, from initial inquiry to delivery day. This is a great opportunity for a motivated, relationship‑focused professional who wants to sell a premium product backed by a brand on the rise.
What You'll Do- Greet and engage customers in the showroom, online, and over the phone
- Understand customer needs and match them with the right Genesis model and trim
- Conduct test drives and present vehicle features, technology, and financing options
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through follow‑up and referrals
- Negotiate pricing and finalize sales in a transparent, customer‑first manner
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across the full Genesis lineup
- Collaborate with the finance and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Prior sales experience preferred (automotive sales a plus, but not required)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- A polished, professional presence suited to a luxury brand
- Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and results‑driven mindset
- Comfortable with CRM software and basic digital sales tools
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work weekends and some evenings
