Account Expeditor (Sales Support) - Woodlands (Spring)

Location:

Pro Source of The Woodlands
Pay: $18-$20 per hour

Hours:

Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm
This person will also cover administrative duties for Pro Source of NW Houston and will travel to that location once or twice a week.

If you enjoy staying organized, helping others, and keeping things running smoothly, this fast‑paced showroom role might be for you. You’ll support a great team, help projects stay on track, and keep your nights and weekends free.

• Data entry—attention to detail is a must
• Cut picking tickets and file paperwork
• Work on job costing and checking in customers
• Support Account Managers with payments, order status updates, and customer questions
• Help manage samples and keep things organized
• Answer phones and connect people with the right team member
• Schedule showroom tours for potential members
• Help keep the showroom looking great with updated products and pricing
• Use CRM and internal systems to keep everything running smoothly

• You’re friendly, organized, and enjoy helping others
• You pay attention to details and like keeping things accurate
• You can juggle a few things at once without getting overwhelmed
• You communicate clearly with customers and teammates
• You bring a positive, professional attitude to work

• High School Diploma or GED
• Customer service, sales support, or showroom experience is helpful
• Comfort with basic math, payments, and discounts
• Comfort using computers, phones, and everyday tech
• Interior design or building materials experience is a plus — not required
