We're looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as an Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associate
. This is a fully onsite position where you'll work inside designated retail partner locations, engaging directly with customers, representing client brands, and supporting marketing and sales initiatives.

No previous experience is required—we provide paid training, hands‑on mentorship, and opportunities for career advancement.

• Represent nationally recognized client brands inside assigned retail partner locations.
• Engage customers through professional, face-to-face conversations.
• Educate customers about products, services, and current promotions.
• Assist interested customers with enrollment or purchasing when appropriate.
• Build positive customer relationships while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Support in-store marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.
• Generate new customer accounts and contribute to client acquisition goals.
• Work closely with leadership and teammates to achieve campaign and sales objectives.
• Maintain a professional appearance while representing Cornell Global and our clients.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service, retail, restaurant, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Self‑motivated and dependable.
• Reliable transportation to assigned retail locations.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
• Guaranteed base pay plus uncapped commission opportunities.
• Typical earnings range from approximately $3,000–$6,000 per month
