Role DescriptionThe Inside Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Spring, TX. This position is responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales calls, qualifying prospects, and presenting turbine tooling solutions that align with customer requirements. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining customer relationships, preparing quotes, following up on leads, and coordinating with operations to ensure accurate order processing. The role also involves monitoring customer satisfaction, resolving service inquiries, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.
The Inside Sales Representative will collaborate with team members to meet sales targets, support account growth, and contribute to continuous improvement in customer experience.
- Demonstrated Inside Sales experience, including handling inquiries, presenting solutions, and closing opportunities.
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with the ability to respond promptly and professionally to customer needs.
- Proven Lead Generation capabilities, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and nurturing opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Experience with Account Management, maintaining long-term relationships, and supporting repeat and recurring business.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Comfort working with CRM and sales support tools; proficiency in basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations).
- Ability to work on-site in Spring, TX 8-5 with an hour lunch, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
