Duties & Responsibilities The Employee agrees to perform the duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company, including but not limited to:
Leading staff Driving membership sales Coordinating personal training & team training sales Promoting member retention Providing conflict resolution as needed Ensure efficient and effective performance to meet or exceed all financial objectives Foster D1 CORE VALUES in the facility and community Work to establish community relationships to promote the D1 brand Drive local market awareness and engagement activities. The Sales Manager's main responsibility is to create a D1 environment that motivates and inspires all to be their very best while achieving their goals.

D1 Training is an emerging fitness franchise, that is growing rapidly. D1 Training has over 80 facilities open and 180+ in development. At D1 Training, we inspire and motivate athletes to reach their goals. At D1, we believe in training the entire body as a unit to produce optimal human performance.
